Ellie, Abel, and I spend Thursdays together and once Abe goes down for his nap it is our special Mommy/Ellie time. I really should be productive and teach Ellie how to clean toilets or fold laundry but instead we do fun stuff. The past two Thursdays we made dresses based on a pattern from my friend Lucinda (thanks Luc!) dress pattern . A use for an old, too short t-shirt and a way to help empty my bins of fabric--almost as good as housework! 
love, love, love the dresses! and matching headbands to boot . . . you really did it up in style, Peri! how fun you two have some special time together - and I think sewing is a WAY better skill to have than cleaning (or at the very least, a more fun skill:)
